$57,109 to $65,676 per annum + allowances + super
Permanent full time - 38 hours per week, 9 day fortnight
Council is seeking a hardworking and motivated Team Leader Roads to join our Infrastructure Works team. In this role you will carry out routine maintenance and improvement works in all Council’s asphalt path roads including patching, restorations and private works.
Working in a safe manner you will use your well established people and communication skills for planning work and responding to customer requests in relation to the maintenance of all asphalt path roads including patching, restorations and private works.
Being a strong team player and leader is the key to this role as you will be responsible for motivating, leading and managing work teams to ensure the efficient and effective allocation of resources, making sure that your team's performance meets the unit's objectives.
Working closely with the Co-ordinator Infrastructure Works, you will provide operational advice on issues relating to service provision when necessary.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous relevant experience
- relevant Traffic Control Certificate
- A WH&S Whitecard
- a current Class MR drivers licence
