Expressions of Interest for Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee – Independent Member
The City of Canada Bay Council (Council) is seeking to appoint an independent Chairperson and two independent members to its Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee (Committee) for a term of up to four (4) years.
The Committee has been established to provide independent assurance to Council by monitoring, reviewing and giving advice about Council’s governance processes, compliance, risk management and control frameworks, external accountability obligations and overall performance.
Council will accept Expressions of Interest until 5:00pm on Friday 19 April 2024.
Fees payable
The fee payable to the Committee Chairperson is $1,700 per meeting (ex-GST) and for the independent members the fee payable is $1,300 per meeting (ex-GST). Superannuation is paid in addition to these fees.
