  • 35 hours per week
  • $67,453 - $77,571 per annum + Super. (+ Weekend penalties on the off-occasion)

Canada Bay Council offers a range of council owned unstaffed community venues available for hire. These 13 venues are located within our local government area and include one or more room available for the community to hire.

The role:

This role requires you to manage a high volume of customer enquiries, complete site inspections and assisting in the setting up of equipment for events as required. Administration duties are also required as you will be sending contracts, following up payments and correspondence, filling correspondence and other information regarding bookings.

Our ideal person:

We are looking for an individual that can provide exceptional level of customer service and act as the initial point of contact for customers and highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously taking initiative.

It is also essential you hold or are willing to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
