About the Role
The Customer Journey Coordinator plays a key role within the City Assets Directorate, reporting to the Executive Officer. The Customer Journey Coordinator will be responsible for working with City Assets teams to identify the full spectrum of customer contact points and map the customer journey, in order to develop and implement strategies and plans to effectively place customers at the centre of everything we do. The intent is to create a seamless and efficient end-to-end experience for all customers internal and external.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience across City Assets services.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and monitor outcomes.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the organisation.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience improvement initiatives and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing customer experience strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop performance indicators.
- Experience in delivering presentations and facilitating engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and customer relationship management systems.
- Current "Class C" Driver’s License.
- Preference for experience in local government settings.
