About the role
This newly created role is seeking a quick learner, with excellent communication skills to assist our Waste Contracts team with the roll out of our new Bulk Household Waste Service.
As the Waste Service Improvement Officer you will:
- Carry out the day-to-day operations for Council's contracts for waste collection, disposal, and recycling services with a focus on the Bulk Household Service.
- Improve current processes and establish new processes that provide a better customer experience for residents and efficiency for Council.
- Work with the team to continuously improve the waste service with a particular focus on the bulk household
